Hello, everyone today, I’m doing a review of this travels notebook made by the company Robrasim. So, let’s dig in, as I said, travels notebook.
This is a medium-sized notebook. The dimensions are 6.7 by 4 inches or 17 centimeters by 10 centimeters. They also have a pocket size and then a standard size of the travellers notebooks. I chose this size because I think it’s the perfect size for traveling on the go. I guess enough room to take some decent size notes, but it’s not so big or so heavy that it’s kind of getting under sense in terms of carrying it around.
So see outside it’s a color coffee and it has a company logo embossed right here. The edges are rounded and, as you see.
You can see it’s a nice smooth cover. I think it’s top-grade leather and the letters nice and thick – it’s not just if and not too soft. So does the right amount of support here and flexibility at the same time, so that’s nice.
Here it says “where there’s a will there’s a way”. This is a little metal buckle right here. It’s a nice little detail that makes this look a little bit more expensive
It has some brass be ats right here and then some breasts as well right there it, although their last 6 together, which is a nice little detail as well
I like This too, this this leather here is protecting the actual cover, so the elastic doesn’t cut and and let it too much right there. So that’s nicely thought through and it detail.
Let’s open it up.
Here’s the inside, as you can see, let it right there. It looks a bit more frayed in the back, but not too bad use of that rustic look.
It comes with three inserts and then this plastic pouch, like a card holder on both sides and put cards in there on this side as well.
In the back pocket there it comes with a lined notebook, a craft paper and a blank one and I’d say the color is off-white slightly colored and their lines are pretty pretty thick and dark.
It is black and it says, on the website actually on Amazon miss out on have the own website in Nelson Salem Amazon. It is 100g is M paper. It doesn’t feel quite as thick to me, but it gets to these and I was actually pleasantly surprised with the the paper quality because it does not look like super high quality paper when he first took a glance at it. But then the writing sample actually surprised me, so, let’s dive into that in a second. It is 64 pages for notebook that you have here.
Alright, let’s check out the writing samples. First, on the line notebooks here you have the pencil ballpoint pen, 0.4 Malouda, gel pen, 0.7 millimeter gel pen and then the Eureka fountain pen to pot, but for pollen medium mid with Diamine Marine ink.
When you look us back, there’s a little bit of ghosting as you can see, and a little bit more with the fountain pen, but there is no blade through so it is definitely found kind of friendly. Unless you use super broad nibs, I guessed and you might get simply through, but with there’s like medium or fine nibs, you shouldn’t have any problems.
The craft paper I did do a writing sample as well. It’s a slightly different type of paper and pencil. Both of them gel pens right there and then here we have two fountain pen and the craft paper is more absorbent when you ride on it. The banks appear a little bit darker, but then in the back, there’s absolutely nothing, not even any ghosting. So that’s really nicely done here, so I can definitely use a fountain pen on the craft paper as well.
I really like the looks of this little notebook, so I said the perfect size for me. I personally do not use Travis notebooks a ton, because simply you can see they do not stay open when you ride in them, on the pages like it’s kind of hard to write in those, so I don’t use those a ton, but I have used one in the past and that was the size because I actually really enjoy this size.
When you order it, it comes in This little linen pouch, which makes it more attractive if you want to gift it to somebody and also a little postcard that they added Mrs Paris,
