Hello everyone, today I’m doing a review of a leather notepad holder or leather padfolio made by the company OLPR, all right. So, let’s check it out.
The pad holder comes in this attractive little pouch we’re just going to open it up real quick, which also makes for a great gift if you’re interested in this and there it is.
This is a, I said, a padfolio or notepad holder for legal pads,
And this is the color dark nut,
And the outside dimensions on this are 6 by 8.5 inches or 15 by 21.5 centimeters and,
As you can see, that is stitched here at the edges,
So this is the front, it is really smooth, smooth leather and it is full grain cowhide leather, also known as Crazy Horse leather, and I’m really impressed with the quality of this leather, considering the price, because this Pad Folder is super affordable. So I like the color too, is like this dark brown and let’s open it up.
So here you have two love pockets for business cards and then…
A larger pocket or you could put more notes – or maybe even a smaller notebook like a little stapled on notebook. If need be,
And then here you have the pad holder and the legal pad just slides in this pocket right here when you done with it, you can just switch it out.
And it also comes with a pen loop. That is a little tight. I mean it is an elastic, but it is a little tight, so this will need a little bit of loosening up unless you use a pencil, then that would fit perfectly in there, but I can show you real quick.
Have this uniball Jetstream pen here – and it takes a little bit of – we’re, going to get this in there so, but it’s better to have a pen loop that is too tight that he can loosen up then, when it’s too loose and you’ll just lose your pen and see it’s like a little hard to get it in there, so it does not come with the pen, but it does come with one refill.
So here the amazon-basics refill and at first i thought why do a writing sample? Because this company does not make this legal pads just the actual cover.
But then I thought why not? Because a lot of you, might be interested in getting this and using these little legal pads.
So here’s my writing sample this is a pencil, ballpoint pen is your point formula: a gel pen 30.7 only gel pen.
Here we have a rollerball pen and then down here. We have the pad metropolitan medium nib diamond ring, fountain pen, and there is a tad of feathering with the fountain pen. It doesn’t really feel like fountain pen friendly paper, because it’s, it’s pretty cheap, flimsy paper.Â

I don’t know the GSM is on those paper. My guess is about 60 gram and it’s a pad that comes with 50 sheets. So and as I said, the company provides one pad when you order this notepad cover and then this pad is super, super affordable. I calculated just over a 60 cents per refill at, you know this very moment, just shooting up this video on Amazon, so and you can use you know any standard sized pad to fit in there.
The actual pads are five five inches or 13 by 20 centimeters, and sometimes I like using pads when I’ve lots to do it just like to make it clean to do lists and then just you know, mark everything off my list and it just there’s this really nice feeling of accomplishment after you’ve done with everything and yeah,
And I just noticed they have a little logo embossed here in the corner bottom that is just the clean leather cover yeah.
I think it’s a really nice pad folio if you love using no pads, because they sometimes can look a little cheap, especially in a professional environment. But if you put it in a cover like this, it looks a lot more upscale. In my opinion – and I really like extra shading of this, this is a slight purple tint in it in this light – which i think is really pretty so definitely recommend it – got ta, try this out for a little while and see if I like it yeah well, if You have any questions, please feel free to leave me a comment.
